On March 7, an Antonov airplane circling over Buram County, South Kordofan dropped 8 bombs in the region. Nobody was hurt in the attack. The bombings started around 3:15 PM. The Antonov dropped 2 bombs in Angolo, destroying 1 house; 3 bombs in Toroji; 1 bomb in Tabanya, causing damage to the Tabanya Primary school and 1 bomb in Buram. A Nuba Reports journalist witnessed the bombing and physically confirmed the locations of the impact sites.

On February 10, 2013 at 9:20am a Sudan government Antonov plane dropped 2 bombs in the village of Tess and 5 bombs in the town of Buram. The bombing in Buram destroyed two classrooms at the Buram Secondary School and damaged other school buildings.

On February 3, 2013 at 2:15am a Sudan government Antonov airplane dropped 10 bombs in Buram and 4 bombs in Tess. 2 civilian homes were destroyed in the Buram bombing. Later that morning at 8:30am, an Antonov airplane dropped 2 bombs in the village of Tabanya. There are no reported injuries or deaths.

On January 12, 2013 at 11:00am a Sudan government Antonov dropped 4 bombs in Buram, South Kordofan. Four civilians were wounded and 1 house burned down as a result of the attack. The names of the wounded are: Izzadine Kuwa 37, Tijani Kuwa 28, Jima Espare 23, and Damam Kuku 45. Damam Kuku suffered from a piece of shrapnel entering his eye and exiting his head but is still stable.

On November 29, 2012 at 5:30pm, Nuba Reports journalists witnessed a Sudan Government Antonov airplane dropping 7 bombs in the town of Buram. The plane continued to travel south of Buram, dropping an additional 3 bombs in the village of Fama. The bombs in Buram completely destroyed the house of civilian, Asha Tutu.

On September 12, 2012 at 10:00am a Sudan Government Antonov airplane dropped 4 bombs in Krongo, 6 Bombs in Tess, 3 Bombs in Tabanya, and 5 bombs in Buram. The bombs that landed in Buram killed SPLA-N soldier Hamid Tia age 24 and wounded 4 civilians. Their names are Nura Abut (17), Kafi Hamid Albal, and his two daughters, Hemad and Hawada.
